Instructions:

Clean the lettuce and watercress, rinse, spin dry and pluck into bite-sized pieces or cut into small pieces. Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices, removing the stem. Arrange everything with olives on 4 plates.

Rinse the shrimps, dry them, sprinkle with the juice of one lemon and season with salt and pepper. Fry them in the butter.

For the cocktail sauce, stir together ketchup, yogurt, orange juice, currant jelly, curry powder and brandy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

While still warm, place the fried shrimp on the lettuce and drizzle everything together evenly with the cocktail sauce. Serve with ciabatta bread.
