For the grilled chicken, mix paprika, pepper, curry, rosemary and cinnamon, rub the outside of the chicken with it and let it rest for a few hours.
Then salt and rub the inside with salt and marjoram. Put it on a chicken stand and brush the outside with butter.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C – convection and grill – place the rack on the lowest shelf and grill for 40 minutes.
Dilute the drained juice with water.
