For the fajitas de pollo, cut the peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces and sauté slowly in a pan with the olive oil until cooked.

Also cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and sauté together with the vegetables. Add salt, ground cumin and red bell pepper.

Finally, add the juice of a lime (optional). If you like it spicier, you can also add chili. Heat the “tortillas” (made of wheat or corn) in the pan, in the oven or even briefly in the microwave and serve together with the vegetable-chicken mixture.
