A great noodle dish for any occasion:
Heat the peanut oil in a preheated wok or large skillet to the point of smoking.
Add the Chinese five-spice carrots, mix, celery, leeks, snow peas and baby corn and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add the tofu to the wok or skillet and stir-fry for another 2 min.
Stir gently so that the tofu does not break apart.
Stir in the fresh orange juice and the liquid honey, reduce the temperature and cook for 1 to 2 min.
Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with celery leaves and grated orange zest, and bring to the table with long-grain rice and noodles.
However, you should use 3 tbsp instead of the 4 tbsp of orange juice in this case.
