For the almond sheet cake, place whipping cream, half of the baking sugar, flour, eggs, baking powder, salt, vanilla sugar and ZImt in a food processor and mix to a dough.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 200 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough evenly on it. Pre-bake for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, bring butter, remaining sugar, almonds and milk to a boil in a saucepan while stirring and pour onto the pre-baked dough.
Bake the cake for 10-15 minutes (test with chopsticks).
