For the chicken inner fillets, put all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and finely puree with a blender. After 2-3 minutes, all ingredients are well combined.
Turn the chicken inner fillets in the marinade. and place in a tupperware. Dump the rest of the marinade on top. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
Drain the chicken inner fillets and sear them in a hot pan on both sides until the fillets are cooked through.

The chicken inner fillets can be marinated with more or less hot paprika powder, depending on your spiciness preference.
