For the pizza dough, dissolve yeast in water.
Strain flour into a second bowl and pour on the yeast water. Add salt and oil and quickly knead the whole thing into a soft dough.
Shape the dough into a ball, dust with a little flour and leave to rise in a warm place with the lid closed for about 15 minutes, then roll out and lay out the pizza dough as you like….
