For the oat salad, soak the oat grains in cold water overnight. Bring about 1 l of water to a boil, add salt and cook the oat grains for about 40-50 minutes, drain.
Cut the onion into small pieces, also mix the tomatoes and the cucumber with the cooled oat grains. Make a sauce with olive oil, lemon juice, tomato paste and the spices and mix with the other ingredients.
