Instructions:

For the apple liqueur, wash the apples and remove the core. Then cut into small pieces with peel. Fill the apple pieces with all other ingredients into a large screw-top jar and let it mature in a cool, dark place (cellar) for 3 months.

Then pour everything through a sieve and fill into nice, clean bottles. Seal well. Or drink immediately.

The apple liqueur goes well with winter desserts and also makes a nice gift.
