A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Cut prepared cabbage into strips, add 2 tbsp. water and cook in a gratin dish with a lid in the microwave oven at 600 watts for 8-9 minutes. Season cabbage with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Cut the mushrooms into small slices, add the garlic clove, whipped cream and sour cream or crème fraiche to another gratin dish with a lid and cook for 3 minutes at 600 watts in the microwave. Mix flour and water, stir to the mushrooms and make another 1- 2 min, season with salt, pepper and 1 tsp. soy sauce. Serve with savoy cabbage and mashed potatoes.
