For the cream of broccoli soup, wash broccoli and divide into small florets. Chop onion and garlic and sauté in butter until translucent.
Add broccoli, fry a little and then add water. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper and cook slowly until the broccoli is soft.
Finally, puree and refine with a dash of Cremefine.
Preparation Tip:
Refine the cream of broccoli soup with fresh herbs. The garlic can also be omitted.
