For the carrot-kohlrabi vegetables, wash the carrots, cut in half lengthwise and cut into fine pieces. Peel the kohlrabi and also cut into fine bite-sized pieces.
Put some salted water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the vegetables and steam until soft, about 5-7 min. Strain the vegetables.
Melt the herb butter in the pot, add the vegetables, season with salt, pepper and freshly chopped herbs and serve the carrot-kohlrabi vegetables as a side dish to a main course.
