Dice the vegetables very finely, put them in a saucepan, add the Pikant Fix, add the sugar and wine vinegar and let it boil while stirring. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring from time to time.
After boiling, mash the quantity in the saucepan until half is mushy.
Stir everything together well and bring to a boil again briefly. Then fill the quantity into jars on the spot.
This recipe can also be made with: 400 g oranges,
300 g fennel bulbs
and
300 g zucchini
or with
750 g peppers
and
250 g onions
can be made.
Tip: Zucchini are a type of pumpkin and therefore low in calories, rich in vitamins and easy to digest – just the thing for a light meal!
