Cut the Parisian bread lengthwise. Cut each half in half diagonally. Toast in a little butter until golden brown. Preheat the stove to 200 °C. Cut the salami slices into thin strips. Cut the mozzarella and the formaggini into small cubes. Chop the parsley. Cut the olives into slices. Mix all these ingredients and season with pepper. Spread the salami and cheese mixture evenly on the bread. Bake in the heated kitchen oven on the second rack from the bottom for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.

*Tip: Formaggini (from Italian: “small cheese”) is a fresh cheese with a soft, smooth paste.
