For the orange cake, beat yolks with sugar until foamy. Grate the peels of 2 oranges and mix with the yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Mix the yolk mixture alternately with the snow and flour. Squeeze all 3 oranges and add the juice to the batter. Grease and sprinkle a cake pan and pour in the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 45 minutes. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
