For the carrot puree, peel and slice the carrots. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onions until golden. Add carrot slices and garlic and fry. Pour in soup and simmer until carrots are soft. Puree with a hand blender and season with black cumin, curry, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Now stir in the cream.

Season the tofu slices with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix sesame seeds with flour and roll the tofu slices in it.

Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the tofu slices on both sides.

Serve the tofu slices with the carrot puree.

Garnish the tofu slices with carrot puree with some fresh chopped cilantro.
