For the bananas in strudel dough with chocolate sauce, prepare strudel sheets according to package instructions. Toss bananas in mixture of honey and sesame seeds. Brush each of 2 strudel sheets with melted butter and place one on top of the other. Place bananas in center of pastry sheets, fold in side edges and roll up.

Fry in hot oil on all sides. Serve the bananas in strudel dough with chocolate sauce and fresh fruit.

Preparation Tip:

For the chocolate sauce, bring ½ l of milk to the boil and add about 100g of chocolate to the milk. Stir again and again until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
