Instructions:

For the coconut domes, beat egg whites with powdered sugar until stiff, fold in grated coconut and honey. Place small heaps on a baking tray and bake at approx. 160°C for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.

For the cream, beat the butter with the powdered sugar until fluffy, then gradually stir in the grated chocolate. Pipe the cream onto the wafers and place the coconut biscuits on top. Leave to cool.

Melt the chocolate icing and dip the bottom of the dome in it. Drain and peel off the bottom with the back of a knife. Serve the coconut domes.
