Cut avocados in half, remove stone, remove flesh from peel with a spoon and immediately mash with the juice of one lemon and half of the soup. Add remaining soup and sour cream and continue to mash briefly. Add garlic and spices, stir soup well and season. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
