Try this delicious cake recipe:

Knead all the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry into a firm dough and roll it out on a baking tray. Remove the skin from the apples, cut them into small pieces and spread them evenly on the dough. Sprinkle everything with sugar and cinnamon.
