For the sesame rolls, put the butter, sugar, salt, egg and flour in a bowl, slowly add the water and knead well until the dough is smooth. Let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

Knead the dough again and divide into 10 equal parts. Form round balls and let rise again for 30 minutes. Mix egg white with 1 tablespoon of water.

Now brush the surface with egg white, flatten slightly and dip in sesame seeds, place on a baking tray. Put them in the preheated oven and bake at 185 °C for about 15 minutes until they have a nice color.
