For the vegan raspberry ice cream, first peel well ripened banana.
Cut into smaller pieces and put in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Put the raspberries also in the freezer or take already frozen raspberries. Remove the frozen bananas and raspberries from the freezer and place in a stand mixer.
Add ground vanilla bourbon or vanilla extract and maple syrup.
Blend everything well and serve the vegan raspberry ice cream immediately.
