Dice the onions and sauté with the dried meat.
Add minced meat and fry until it becomes crumbly.
Add beef broth, tomatoes, beans and a little wine if desired.
Season with paprika, salt, pepper, and (at a time) peppers. simmer everything together gently on low heat for a couple of hours, adding liquid as needed, so that you have a soup that is not narrow, hearty and creamy. Before serving, fold in a tiny bit of yogurt or whipped cream and the kabanossi cut into small slices. Serve with baguette.
