For the mango cream, peel the ripe mangoes and separate the pulp from the core. Now puree the cut away flesh well (with a blender) and mix well with the yogurt.
Now add Batida, sugar and the whipped cream and mix well. Fill the finished cream into the desired glasses and refrigerate.
Preparation Tip:
As decoration, hollow hips or chocolate sprinkles can also be genonmen. If you want to make the mango cream antialcoholic, then either use coconut syrup or simply sprinkle a few coconut flakes.
