For the grape cake, make a shortcrust pastry with butter, sugar, flour, hazelnuts and egg.

To do this, beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy. Add the flour, egg and hazelnuts to make a shortcrust pastry.

In the meantime, pluck the grapes from the stems and boil them with 200 ml of white wine.

Line a 26 cm springform pan with the shortcrust pastry (do not let it rest). Fill with the boiled grapes and sprinkle with a lattice of the short pastry or with short pastry crumbs.
