For the blueberry liqueur, wash the blueberries and drain well. Pour the blueberries into a bottle together with the vanilla sugar and the granulated sugar.
Pour out the schnapps. Shake well and put in a dark place. Leave to infuse for about 2 months, shaking the bottle repeatedly.
Pour the liqueur after about 2 months through a sieve into a bottle to separate the blueberries. If the liqueur is still not sweet enough, you can add sugar now.

The blueberries filtered from the blueberry liqueur go wonderfully with vanilla ice cream! But please only for adults!
