Peel the cucumbers and cut them into fine leaves, preferably with a cucumber slicer.
Salt the cucumbers and let them stand for 10-20 minutes.
Then squeeze well.
Mix a marinade of vinegar, oil, crushed garlic and pepper, stir into the cucumbers and serve sprinkled with paprika powder as desired.
Preparation Tip:
The cucumber salad becomes more digestible if you do not let the cucumbers steep with salt, but peel them, marinate them immediately and dress them.
