For the anti-stress breakfast, halve the apricot and cut into pieces. Cut the apple into wedges.

Spread the 1st slice of wholemeal toast with cream cheese, top with fruit and the walnut. Beat eggs with chives and mineral water and season with salt and pepper.

Heat butter in a frying pan, add egg mixture and stir until stiff. Top the 2nd slice of wholemeal toast with egg mixture.

Preparation Tip:

Fresh herbs can also still be used for the anti-stress breakfast.
