Instructions:

Knead flour, baking powder, sugar, vegetable cream, egg and salt. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Grease the springform pan (26 cm diameter). Press two thirds of the dough evenly into the springform pan.

Form a roll out of the remaining dough and form a rim. Prick the bottom several times with a fork.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Peel and slice the apples and spread them on the dough in a fan shape. Drizzle lemon over the top, and bake the cake for about 20 minutes.

Whisk egg, sugar and Rama Cremefine and pour over the apple cake. Bake for another 30 minutes.

Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Preparation Tip:

If you wish, you can add raisins to the cake.
