Instructions:

A cake recipe for all foodies:

1. knead a short pastry from flour, cold salt, butter, sugar and egg, put it to cool for 1/2 hour.

2. heat electric stove to 200 °C.

Lay out a springform pan (approx. 24 cm ø) with parchment paper, roll out 2/3 of the dough on it, prick a few times with a fork.

Pre-bake in the heated oven for 15 min (gas: level 3), cool.

Rinse the raisins and sprinkle with Calvados. Grate the peel from the lemon, squeeze out the juice. Remove peel from apples, halve, core, cut into narrow wedges and sprinkle with juice of one lemon.

Mix the curd cheese with sugar, sour cream, eggs, lemon zest and vanilla sugar.

Roll out the remaining dough thinly and line the edge of a greased cake springform pan with it, connecting it well with the dough base.
