For the apricot marzipan amaretto jam, mix the apricot pieces with the jelling sugar and leave to infuse for 1 hour at room temperature. Boil jars and lids and disinfect with a few drops of apricot brandy.

Cut the marzipan into pieces, add to the apricots with the lemon juice and puree everything with a hand blender. let the mixture boil for 5 minutes while stirring (be careful! it can splash!).

Finally, stir in the amaretto and pour the finished jam into the jars as hot as possible. Close the jars immediately.
