For the baguette slices with goat cheese, mix oil with garlic and herbs. Cut baguette into thick slices and spread with garlic-herb oil.
Preheat oven to 180°. Cut each slice of Parma ham and wrap goat cheese in it with half a cocktail tomato and rosemary, thyme and drizzled with honey.
Spread the rolls on the slices and bake the baguette slices with goat cheese for about 15 minutes.
