Instructions:

Try this delicious cake recipe:

1. Chop 40 g banana chips. Cream 140 g butter, 100 g sugar, 1 tsp grated lemon zest (untreated) and 1 pinch of salt with the whisks of a mixer for 5 min. Stir in 2 eggs (M) for 1 min each.

2. Fold in 180 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 60 g ground hazelnuts and 125 ml Multivitamin buttermilk. Dice 1 banana, fold in with the banana chips. Spread the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper (20 cm long].

3. Cut 2 firm bananas in half, turn to the other side in 3 tbsp. juice of one lemon, place on top of the cake and sprinkle with 1 pk. vanilla sugar. Bake in the heated oven at 180 °C (convection oven 160 °C ) on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 55- 60 min.

4. 5 min. in the pan, lift out and cool. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp. chopped hazelnuts.
