Instructions:

For the banana pancakes, put the sliced banana, in a bowl, then add the 4 eggs. Mix briefly with a hand mixer. Now add the coconut flour, and stir in the cinnamon (to taste)!

Then in a pan, with a little melted butter briefly fry the pancakes from both sides.

Preparation Tip:

Serve the banana pancakes with some fruit puree if desired, or sprinkle lightly with cinnamon sugar, or powdered sugar!
