For the beet smoothie, peel and dice the beet and banana. Cut away the skin of the lemon. Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips.

In the smoothie blender (or in a tall container), first add the water and then the other ingredients and blend for about half a minute. You can of course also chop the fruit & vegetables with the hand blender.

Preparation Tip:

If you like, you can also add a tablespoon of fruit yogurt (e.g. strawberry flavor), this makes the smoothie creamier!
