For the Beuf-Stroganoff with QimiQ sauce base, cut the beef steak into strips and season with salt and pepper. Chop the onion, mushrooms and gherkins into strips.

Fry the cut beef steak briefly in butter, remove and keep warm in the oven. Sauté the onion in the gravy, add the mushrooms and sauté until soft.

Finally, add the gherkins, steam briefly and deglaze with white wine and a little water. Add the Maggi cubes and bring to the boil. Stir in the QimiQ Sauce Base and bring to the boil again.

Remove the sauce from the heat, add the beef steak, mix well and serve immediately.

Preparation Tip:

As a side dish, spaetzle go very well with it. If it has to go fast, you can also serve the Beuf-Stroganoff with noodles.
