Rinse cucumbers, cut in half, remove flesh. Rinse peppers, peel and cut into coarse pieces. Preheat stove to 200 °C. Cut meat into narrow strips. Peel onion, chop finely. Sauté in 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Remove half of the onion, then brown the meat. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Fold in crème fraîche. Stuff the meat into the cucumber halves. Grease a roasting pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add cucumbers, remaining onion and bell pepper pieces, pour clear soup.
