For the rolls, knead the ingredients well together until the dough separates from the bowl, then let rest for 30 minutes, knead again. Let rise again in a warm place.
Cut off pieces of dough of about 70 g and roll into balls. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cut the notches with a sharp knife.
Let rise again for 10 minutes, sprinkle with water and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

If you like, you can sprinkle the rolls with poppy seeds or sesame seeds before baking.
