For the Bresso rolls, cut the baguettes into slices about 2 cm thick and place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 2 to 3 minutes under the grill or at 200°C in the preheated oven. Then remove from the oven and set aside. Cut the raw ham into thin strips as well as the red bell pepper and the pickles. Cut the cocktail tomatoes in half.
