For the broad bean stew, peel and wash the potatoes and cut into bite-sized cubes. Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onions until slightly translucent.

Add the bacon cubes and let them cook while turning them. Then deglaze with the vegetable soup and add the potato cubes. Cover and cook until the potatoes are done (about 15 min).
