Instructions:

For the broccoli meat strudel with feta, first divide the broccoli into small florets and fry them in a pan with a little oil. After a few minutes, add the minced meat and the marjoram.

When the mince is almost done, close the lid of the pan so that the broccoli is steamed. Then chop the onion, add the thyme, rosemary (finely chopped) and salt and pepper to the mince and broccoli.

Now divide the egg and mix the yolk and some of the egg white in the pan. Save just enough egg white to coat the studel afterwards.

Now you can take the pan off the heat and crumble the feta into it with your fingers. Pile the broccoli meat filling with feta on the rolled out puff pastry and beat the pastry into a strudel.

Brush with the remaining egg white and place in the oven at 175 °C hot air for about 15-20 minutes, until nicely golden brown.

While the strudel is in the oven, mix the ingredients for the dip and season with salt and pepper.

Preparation Tip:

A delicious variation is to add fresh herbs to the yogurt dip. The broccoli meat strudel can also be made with beef mince.
