Spread slices of ham with tomato ketchup and top with sauerkraut. Roll up like a roulette and pin.
Fry in a frying pan until brown on all sides. Add whipped cream, season with salt and paprika powder and steam with closed lid for 15-20 min.
Serve with Mashed potatoes
