For the chanterelle goulash from the hot air fryer, first clean the chanterelles and cut into bite-sized pieces depending on their size. Peel and chop the onions.
Fry the onions with a little oil for 1-2 minutes at 180 °C in the Philips Airfryer. Add paprika powder, vinegar, chanterelles, salt and pepper, mix well and cook for another 10-12 minutes until soft.
In the meantime, mix the sour cream with the flour until smooth. Stir into the chanterelle goulash from the hot air fryer and finish cooking for another 5 minutes.
