For the chard-carrot vegetable, roast the carrots in a large pan with a little fat.

Wash the chard and cut the stems into 3 cm long pieces. Add to the carrots and let roast.

Roughly dice the onion and add to the carrots with the ginger. Add salt, pepper and sugar.

Cut the chard leaves into 4-5 wide strips and add to the carrots. Let stew until it falls together.

Add milk, cook until creamy and season again.

Shortly roasted meat goes very well with the chard-carrot vegetables.
