Instructions:

Mix the flour, yeast, oil, warm water and salt into a dough and let it rise for a while. Peel and chop the onions. Pluck and chop the parsley. Grate the mountain cheese and cut the bacon into small cubes.

Mix light butter with onions, mountain cheese, bacon, eggs and a little milk. Season with pepper, nutmeg, salt and chopped parsley.

Spread the dough on a baking tray, spread with the cheese and bacon mixture and bake in the oven at 180-200 °C for about half an hour.
