Instructions:

For the Cheesecake Brownies, first line a deep baking tray with baking paper (or grease and flour it) and preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Add the sugar, gradually stir in the eggs (the mixture must not be too hot!) and mix everything well with a hand mixer.

Then add the flour and mix everything well again. Then mix well the ingredients for the light mass and beat until creamy.

Pour 2/3 of the dark mixture into the tray, then spread the light mixture on top and pour the remaining chocolate mixture on top.

Draw a marble pattern with a fork and bake the tray at 180 °C for approx. 30 – 35 minutes (middle shelf).

Preparation Tip:

The cheesecake brownies are relatively rich, so I always bake them in a tray. This makes the brownies relatively low.
