For the chia seed energy bars, prepare the rice pudding.

Chop the mixed dried fruit very finely and mix it with the other ingredients into the rice pudding. If the mixture is too thin, you can mix in oat flakes as desired.

Be careful not to use too much, as the chia seeds will draw additional moisture during the baking process.

Spread the mixture about 1-1.5 cm thick on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle white chia seeds on top.
