Instructions:

For the chicken cheese cutlets from the oven, pound chicken cutlets, salt and pepper.

Spread half of the Emmental cheese in a greased pan. Dredge cutlets in flour and egg and place on top of cheese.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Finally, mix the whipped cream, salt, pepper and garlic and spread over the entire mixture.

Bake the chicken-cheese cutlets in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
