For the chicken fillets in yogurt breading, rinse the chicken breasts with cold water and pat dry. Remove visible tendons.

For the marinade, peel the garlic cloves and ginger root. Finely chop the garlic and chili pepper. Finely grate the ginger. Place the yogurt in a shallow bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients.

Place the chicken pieces in the marinade and cover with the marinade. Allow to soak in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours – preferably overnight.

Place a grill cup on the hot grill. Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade and place them in the grill cup. Depending on the thickness of the chicken pieces, grill the chicken fillets in yogurt breading for 15-25 minutes. Meanwhile, turn a few times and brush with the remaining marinade.
