Instructions:

Wash the chicken fillets, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Beat the eggs and whisk them in a shallow dish.In a second dish pour the flour.

Mix breadcrumbs with parmesan cheese and salt. Add olive oil and mix everything together. You will get a little coarser crumbles. Put them in a flat plate as well.

Now turn the chicken pieces first in the flour, then pull them through the egg mixture and finally put them in the parmesan crumbs. Press down well and tap off any excess crumbs.

Preheat the oven to 200° C hot air.

Place baking paper on a baking rack and place the finished breaded nuggets on top. Bake for about 15 minutes, turning once.

Then serve the chicken nuggets with a dip or sauce of your choice.
